This involves mainly creating the awareness of the disease to the patient and its diverse control measures that includes the Knowledge Of Hypoglaecemic Agents and also the significance of diet.

The standards of medical care for patients with diabetes mellitus can be achieved only through educating the patients. 

The key to a successful education of diabetic patients is by creating an awareness of the disease its wide Control Measures knowledge about physical activities and the importance of diet plan.

 

Patient education involves the following:

Ø      Awareness of the disease condition, its symptoms, causes, treatment and cure.
